Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt, using the "Change/Return Form" which is included in the package you will receive.
  • If the item is not returned within 15 days, then ALOHA EYEWEAR EYEWEAR reserves every legal right not to accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. The date of shipment of the returned product is considered the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, in order to check the deadline.
  • All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received them, with no signs of wear or use. The returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents accompanying the product (retail receipt, invoice etc.).
  • The first change is free provided it is done with the same courier company that sent the shipment. In case of a change, the customer returns the goods with one of the following companies, SPEEDEX or BOXNOW depending on the shippment method the client has chosen; and ΑLOHA EYEWEAR bears the expenses. For any addittional return or replacement there is a charge of 4,00 Euro for each shippment.
  • If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender.
  • Changes are made according to the existing prices and the purchase price.
  • You have 7 days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation (withdrawal without cause). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back.
